But First, An Odd Joke
A former Big 4 CPA, a craniosacral therapy practitioner, and a traditionally published author all meet up in a bar. Funny thing is, they have nobody to talk to. Why? Because all of those people are me… and I owned the dang bar!
(Excuse me while I go and pour myself a kombucha.)
My highly unconventional life path has taken me from authenticating memorabilia at Major League Baseball games to helping the US Women’s Softball team prepare for the Olympics in Beijing. I’ve entertained audiences with my stories of lessons from rock bottom, and I’ve sat in silence with an individual as they processed long-held grief.
In all of these life opportunities, and so many more, I’ve witnessed many aspects of society. It’s allowed me to learn how different people tick. And the many ways in which we’re all so similar.
Did I mention I was also a homeschooling mom and adult education instructor who has presented to live audiences of hundreds and virtual audiences in the tens of thousands?
Teaching others is another part of my soul and I’m ready to share with you:
